K.I.D.S. ROCK is an after school fellowship program for children and youth (K-8th grade). The children and youth gather at the church after school every Wednesday for games and activities. Those who are interested are invited to stay and join the Jubilation choir.

Wednesday Evening Meals are a great time to relax and have someone cook for you. We gather as a congregation to just eat, visit, and enjoy being together. There is a small charge for the meal and we request that you let us know if you are coming by calling the church office.

Presbyterian Women Circles meet each month for Bible study and discussion. Presbyterian Women Circle 1 meets for lunch at a local restaurant and Circle 2 gathers for dinner at 6:00 pm. All women are invited to attend either meeting. Please call the church office for specific times and locations.

Presbyterian Kids (Kindergarten - 5th grade), under the leardership of Tracie Gerber and Jennifer Long, come together the 2nd Sunday of each month for fellowship, games, activities, and crafts. Contact Kristy for more information.

Monthly Fellowship Meals are a great time to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal prepared by one of FPC's many talented "chefs". Come join us for great food and fellowship!

The Golden Age Club, sponsored by the Henderson Recreation Department, meets each Wednesday morning at 10:00 am in the FPC Fellowship Hall. Call (252) 431-6091 for more information.

Cub and Boy Scout troop 605 calls First Presbyterian Church home. The Cub and Boy Scouts meet in the scout hut on the corner of Chestnut and Young Streets. This facility provides the scouts with a special and unique place that is dedicated to learning, fellowship, and service.

First Presbyterian Church is home to Vance County's largest Girl Scout troop. Troop 372, with approximately 50 girls and 15 adults, meet there every Tuesday night. Additionally, most of our county events are held at the church. Our Cinderella Ball, Cookie Rally, Me and My Gal Tea, as well as our Adult Recognitions Banquet are all held annually at the church.

The church also sponsors a Venture Crew which provides opportunities for learning, fellowship, and fun for older youth.
